At Harbor Sports, we offer flexible and comprehensive training packages tailored to meet the needs of aspiring athletes at every level. Whether you’re just starting out or preparing for elite competition, our programs are designed to help you grow, perform, and lead.

Children Development Programs.

Basketball

Little Stars (Ages 3–7)

Goal:  Motor skills, confidence, fun.

Mini Ballers

  • Soft-ball handling, rolling, tossing. 

  • Low-height hoops for slam dunks. 

  • Story-driven activities (e.g., “rescue the basketball from dragons!”)

Junior Foundations (Ages 8- 12 years)

Goal: Core skills, teamwork, rules introduction

Intermediate Ballers

  • Soft-ball handling, rolling, tossing. 

  • Low-height hoops for slam dunks. 

  • Story-driven activities (e.g., “rescue the basketball from dragons!”)

Advanced Training (Ages 13-16)

Goal: Technical mastery, tactics, competition

Junior Hoopers

  • Advanced shooting form, pick-and-rolls, ball handling defensive slides. 

  • 5v5 games + weekend tournaments. 

Elite Performance (Ages 14–18)

Goal: High-level play, scholarships, pro readiness

Elite Ballers

  • Position-specialised coaching (PG/Center skills). 

  • FIBA rules training + national tournament prep.

Football

Junior Foundations (Ages 8- 12 years)

Future Falcons

  • Play-based games (dribbling cones, kicking at targets). 
  • Balance/coordination drills (agility ladders, mini-obstacle courses). 
  •   1-hour min sessions, 2x/week.

  • Position-specific training (wingers, defenders, etc.). 
  •  Tactics (pressing, set pieces), video analysis. 
  • Compete in Dubai Youth Leagues (DASSA)

  • Intensive fitness (speed/endurance), match strategy.
